Switzerland

there is one thing i forgot to say about Paris that i really want to share with all of you.and that is: i didn't get to see night time when i was in Paris.don't believe me?
look at this picture.this was taken around 9.30PM and it's still so bright.




after we finished eating our dinner(the pizza and carbonara above...yummy) it was still very bright. until we went back to our hotel and sleep already (around 10 .30)it was still bright.and by the time we woke up aorund 5.30 it was so bright again.so i never get to see Paris at "night".

anyway,after Paris we went to Switzerland.the journey from Paris to Switzerland takes about 8 hours by bus.me and brothers was '8 hours!!!??' luckily,there's the beautiful sceneries to keep us awake.





along the way,our tour leader even played a movie for us to watch so we wouldn't get bored.what's the movie??hairspray.not really my favourite though.so in between the journey there will of course be some toilet stops.
all these was taken when we have our stop.


we were suppose to go to mulhouse(pronounce as moo-loose not mul-house)for lunch but time is not on our side,we didn't make it.
we even bought some strawberries at one of the stops somewhere in Basel rest stop.the strawberries there are so big red and sweet(but my mom still find it sour)

we spent 2 nights in Switzerland.so the next day we went up to Mount Titlis to play snow.WOOHOO!!!to get up the mountain,we have to take 3 rounds of cable car.the first can only fit a maximum of 6 people,the second 80 people and the third which is a rotating cable car can also fit 80 people.my second brother is afraid of heights but still try to act macho in this picture.i manage to take a picture of him looking scared.hehehe

since we only have a pair of gloves we can't really have a snow fight.so our snow fight was kind of lame where one person throws a snowball at the other person,take off the gloves then pass it to the other person and so on.it was still fun though.snow,let me tell you,looks like the ice when you make ice kacang.me and my second brother was sort of dissapointed thinking 'this is snow????'

some of you have been asking me whetehr i'm posting any blogs of my Europe trip.frankly i haven't plan on posting anything because i'm practically very busy these pass few days-trying to decorate 3 stupid boards and finishing up some projects.and i'm kinda..ahem...lazy.anyway i heard some of you guys wanted to see pictures taken in Europe.so i won't be writing anything long,just some pictures and short notes telling you guys of the places i've visited.

First stop: Paris,France.

this picture was taken in the bus when we were on our way to see the Arch de Triompe.the Eiffel Tower can be seen at the back.





we were suppose to go to the Arch de Triompe.due to the heavy traffic that time,the tour leader has to reschedule our time.so we ended up coming here next.La Fayette.
its a shopping complex known for selling LV things.this is inside the builing.me and my family were more fascinated with the designs on the building than the shops.



First thing we ate in Paris...McD nuggets and fries.the nuggets and fires there are so much better comapred to the ones you can get here.


after that we went to 'a nice place to get a nice picture of the Eiffel Tower'...thats what the tour leader said which i think is so true.

Just One More Week

I can't believe it...exams are going to be over in just about a week!it seems just yesterday that me and my group of friends are fretting over the exams.but that's not the only thing i'm looking forward to.as some of you might know, my family and i will be going to Europe for holiday.WOOHOO!!!don't worry,i'll sure buy you guys souvenirs.maybe even Belgium chocolate.right now my whole family are trying to finish up all the chocolates in the fridge to make room for the Belgium chocolates.no wonder i'm getting fatter and fatter,what with all the chocolates.

oh right,yesterday there was a brief meeting to inform the new AJKs of their position.guess what?i've been chosen as ketua papan kenyataan. -.-...of all the positions and i get the lamest job(well at least it's better than being the secretary and wakil tingkatan.)geez...i was hoping to get ketua aktiviti or ketua bilik which has slightly less work and it's more cool.i think the reason why the teachers chose me was because of the friendship bracelet doorgift me and my friends made last year and now they think i'm creative..haihz

Me,Naib Pengerusi??? You've got to be kidding!!

next week all Form 4 PRS have to attend a meeting to give our opinion on who's to be the next pengerusi for out Lmbaga PRS.the positions for pengerusi and naib pengerusi have to be someone form Form 4.my guess on who's going to lead us is Ng Kah yeng and Hon Jia Jie.they're like very active and popular amongst the PRS members.

so that day me and my group of fellow PRS friends,were gossiping on who's going to get the positions.when we were talking,May Yin's hands were on my shoulders and her eyes were looking at Preetha.suddenly i knew what they were thinking.the first thing that came out from my mouth was "Don't even think about it.".they were like 'why not?? you can be the next naib pengerusi.' Puh-leez...come on do i look like a leader? and of course they both said -YES!- which i doubt it.why did they say i can become a naib pengerusi??? they said i can speak BM pretty well which i don't.my BM is not really good compared to those two.so May Yin and Preetha...scrub those thoughts away. Naib Pengerusi...yeah right.i don't even think i'll get a spot on the AJK list what more naib pengerusi.dream on girls.

Power Failure at Home

last night there was a fower failure.this time it's not only my house but the whole of Gita Bayu.the power failure started i think around for.i'm not really sure though cause i was in tuition.by the time i came back around 5 something i was surprised that everything were so quite.usually my grandmother will be watching her hokkien show around this time.then my grandfather told me 'no electricity la'.luckily it was raining so it's not that hot.

as time passes,it's getting darker and darker.time to light up the candles.without lights, my mom had to cook with candles all around the kitchen.our usual dinner became a "romantic" candlelight dinner.moreover while eating there was an "orchestra".actually the so called "singing" and "music" were frogs and crickets who were making so much noise the whole night.when i sound this out to my family they all started laughing.this is sure one weird way to say it.the whole night was so boring.can't really to anything in the dark and with only candles as light, can you?so we ended up talking and joking around.always when there's no electricity the house is always very quite.except for the frogs and crickets which were getting more and more annoying as each second pass.

finally the power came back around 9.30.first thing i did was sat on the couch and watch TV.all in all it was quite fun sitting with candles around us.especially our "romantic" candlelight dinner and the "orchestra".

heyya...

first of all....happy holidays to all of you.right now i'm in Penang.this trip back to penang is not really that fun because my two funny and annoying brothers are not here with me.one have to work the other is still having classes.so i'm all aloneeee....
nothetheless there's still my 3 years old bratty penang cousin,Jaden, to keep me company.though he's cute when he talks-he speaks a mixture of hokkien,mandarin and english,so sometimes you can't catch what he says-he can get very annoying at time.one time he will sayang sayang you the next *smack* staright at your face.then he'll take his toy cars and hit you.i say he got angin sometimes..hehehe.since my brothers are not here,Jaden is sticking to me like GLUE.looks like i'll be coming back with lots of bruises on my hands and legs.

well...got to go eat....again.that's what we do here...EAT,EAT and EAT!!!i think i'll be coming back with not only the bruises but with a big tummy too.
