finally the exam and interview for the calon PRS (Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya) is over.the exam was on last wednesday and i have to admit it wasn't as hard as i thought it would be.not to say it's so easy but just moderate.the interview was today.there's this questiuon which i think uses common sense.
"if you see a boy getting beaten by a group of gangsters.what will you do?".
so i answered "of course i'll call the police immediately".
the seniors:"aren't you going to help the boy?"
me:"no....if i go and advised the gangsters,what if they don't like people telling them off they'll definitely bash me up too.you know the way gangsters are.they don't like people telling them they are wrong"
and you know what the seniors reaction...they laughed.i just hope they see it my way.i mean of course people will mind their own business if they see this kind of situation.who wants to go pick a fight with a group of gangster ALONE.anyway the rest of the question when pretty well i think.hehe

LoLs.. i want to make sure here.. am i one of ur interviewer? i remember i did involve in the interview.. but i think the client is not u.. and those Form 5 seniors tat time i felt quite @@ wif them oso.. haha.. juz feeling that they are not ther enuff to become a better quality PRS... i doesn't mean tat i'm.. but juz how i feel bout them.. ><
the question.. a boi beaten up by the gangster.. wat can u do as a pass by-er... i think they laughed becoz the question was discussed tat the when the incident happen, there is no one around and u dun haf the time to call the police.. and the boi is being beaten up so bad.. it doesn't haf a fix answer.. they shldn't laugh too..
there is oways problems when setting up a question.. but the objective of interview is to c ur reaction and response to the incident or case given.. but everything u answer.. muz be based on wat u will do as a PRS..
when we discuss the questions... i did say be4 tat there is no fix answer for tis question.. but teacher wan to c wat's my answer.. then i responded tat i wil go to them and try to communicate wif the gangsters.. i wil react due to the situation.. if they not willing to talk much about wat is happening.. then i'm better get off the way.. However, they are gangsters.. my way is a risky way.. i can't flee from them once i had chosen to talk wif them.. so.. another way i think funny 1.. but i said it too.. it was when i saw them beating the boi.. i wil shout to those gangsters and say.. "Hey, i saw police coming".. that will help i guess..
everything related to gangsters case are really hard to manage by our own.. as we met this kind of situation and insist to hlp the boi.. we r facing the risk, tats all
