not that i had conducted any other interviews before.
anyway, friday was the PRS candidate interview.it was really interesting and fun.Why??
well for one reason,me and my other 2 friends, May Yin and Yee Wong managed to make one candidate girl cry...well almost actually.i mean seriously this is just a small time interview, we're not really strict AND the 3 of us had been smiling all the way and u still can cry??? how are you going to do in the future when you face a real interview.i think she was panicking causee all the questions we asked she didn't really know the answers to it.whatever we asked her answer will always be menasihat dia,membantu dia bla bla bla.yea yea we know you wanna help that person but how??eesh in the end the 3 of us had to give her a super low mark.
another candidate was even more fun.she didn't even know who is our 6th prime minister. guess what she said when we randomly asked her that question?? "uhh...Datuk Seri Anwar" WAHAHAHAAH...immediatedly when she left the room the 3 of us started laughing like nobody's business.seriously they don't read the newspaper is it?? fortunately the other girl managed this question correctly,i can stand going into hysterics again.
so,all in all that was quite fun and i think we found some promising new PRS.

eh, i heard that your school got some bully case. came out in newspaper wan, the mother complain cuz the school din take the matter seriously? you know bout it?
oh ryan, the headmistress is struggling her head bout tis...
the school's Penolong Kanan transferred to the other school to be principal. Our school's disciplinary problems really serious. Even they have teachers in charged everyday, but the students are mostly affected by the Kongsi Gelap gangs out there... those bullier are the members of one of the gang. What can we do? just stay out from them.
sommore the school teachers can't stop this from happening because their strength is really unpredictable. School can't involve in Gang Fight. There are so many times that our school teachers often had their car scratched by the students and some even went to the teachers' houses and throw stones.

ryan, the fact is the problems are long time existed in the school since the first day i'm in that particular secondary school.
they are trying to bring up the problems at tis time to the government to show tat they are doing their "jobs". what i mean 'they' is actually those who exposed the incidents to TV news, the DAP.
they just wan the attention from the government, show tat they do care bout the school, but the main motive just for their own gain.
But i can't deny, the discipline now amongst students are reali sick. The point is, every school is like tat, even worse, why? why choose SMKSK?
